This place is incredible! The food is amazing، and the service is 10 out of 10. P provides me with outstanding service every time، and is super attentive. I come here frequently، and highly recommend you to try it. You will not be disappointed. The prices are fair، the food is amazing، and the service is top tier. 10 out of 10.

I was referred here by a co-worker that said the best nachos from the city are here، so I went to try them out. For context، it was 9:30PM on a Sunday and I order at the spot but you call before hand to pick-up. When I pulled in، the food truck was parked literally in front of the gas station and parking is not great، I had parked in one of the gas pumps، but luckily I went to pick up to-go، so I was not going to take long but either way، if I or anyone else decides to eat-in، the parking is not great. Anyways، the two workers were nice and the service was fast، I know it was slightly late but when I went to order my Nachos Al Pastor they said that they ran out of Refried beans، I brushed it off and I still ordered but I was off to a bad start when I heard that. I had paid almost $17 dollars for some nachos so slightly steep for what it is and after I waited about 5-10 minutes for the order to be ready، it was pretty quick. When I was on my way home I was concerned cause for almost $17 bucks the bag weighed kinda light. When I sat down to eat and opened the container the nachos were somewhat burned because I think they toast the aluminum container in their toaster oven but I guess they overcooked it، and it tasted awful too because of it. At the end of the day my expectations were high، but I think consistency should be a big thing for them to improve on and as a caveat، it was empty and I could tell that was a big red flag، cause I believe a busy restaurant is good one. Unfortunately، I will not be returning to eat here. Again، if you are looking for a Mexican food truck spot that is much better overall، just go a few blocks down to Taco Chundito. This is still my go-to spot for Mexican cuisine and it will never disappoint.

Talk about authentic Mexican food!!! El Maguey it's one of those spots where you get surprise by how fast، food that has been just cooked for you، can be soooo delicious. They're uthentic Mexican food، their truck is some what limited to what we all know when we think mexican، but it's soooooo great، at their restaurant the menu has more variety. But you should take the time during lunch break، because in just 5 minutes they'll fill you up with some comfort food.
