El Nopalito Vegan Taqueria

RUN DONT WALK!!!! This place is super delicious. Everything is soo fresh and made to order. I’m sad I just discovered this and not earlier. Everything is vegan. Super GF friendly too. The meat substitutes are incredible and ample. I’ll back eating my way through the menu.

Worth a visit! This is a hole in the wall within an extensive farmer’s market. The food is fresh، thoughtfully prepared، and very good. The staff (owners) were extremely kind and deserving of more business. Definitely go check them out!

Absolutely amazing. Everyone’s kindness is overwhelming، absolutely will come back when I’m in town. I’m so glad I got to try the mango cheesecake! It was delicious.

Sandra was an incredible host and made the experience so welcoming and fun. She met us at the entrance، talked about why she does what she does، and how much effort she put into making authentic Mexican food vegan. The food was spectacular and had really good portions as well. Would 100% recommend others to check this place out!

The quesabirria tacos were delicious and my husband had the chimichanga bowl which was also yummy. I like that there are protein options like king oyster mushrooms and squash blossom. The dessert was light and refreshing.
