The need: * Prep a house for sale - replace all carpeting with LVP (about half of a 3070 sq ft house; we retained the ceramic tile). * The timeline (1.5 weeks of work) Robert gave a detailed estimate on materials، labor، and time. He was willing to coordinate with a separate painting project. During our initial meeting، he took measurements and was problem solving how to manage transitions and staircases (tricky part). It's clear he's thoughtful، experienced، and takes pride in the work. He anticipated potential issues and planned for them; some didn't happen. One did (uneven concrete subfloors don't matter for carpet + pad، but matter when doing a quality LVP installation); the remedy was extra bags of leveling concrete and some time. The upshot - beautiful installation that flowed up the stairs (real treads) and into the various rooms and closets. The LVP to ceramic transitions blended beautifully. The baseboards (replaced as part of the project were ready for the painter - properly caulked at the upper edge (and uncaulked at the floor to meet warranty requirements). The house went on the market on 5/27، had an open house on 5/30، and secured a full-price offer on 5/31 - closing in 3 weeks! The buyer (a builder) wanted a truly turnkey home - and Robert (and the separate painter) delivered. The house was (if I say so myself، very well maintained) other than a 10+ year old carpet that was clean but cat-clawed. We moved out and Robert made the most of the blank palette. Highly recommended - both the technical side and the customer management side.
