We could have used our home warranty for this repair but because we’ve had such good experience with Empire in the past we used them again. And they did not disappoint. Called at 10 and they were at our house at noon، fixed in ten minutes. Reasonable charge، super professional folks - Blake and Tyler. Highly recommend!

Jared & Jeff did a fantastic job! They arrived 10 min before the scheduled time and were working by the scheduled appointment time. There were 8 jobs to complete & theymoved through them quickly while giving me options for installation which I really appreciated. At jobs end their clean-up was excellent and everything worked as expected. Great technicians، great sales estimate، great experience! They get 5 🌟.

We hired Empire Electric to do a complete rewire in our home after we purchased it three years ago. They did a great job and at a reasonable price. We recently had an issue and I contacted them since they did the work. When I called they were very attentive and got someone over same day. Desmond and Mario showed up as promised and were very friendly. They came in and pretty much found the problem right away. It ended up being something simple. I would definitely recommend them to do work as both experiences have been great!

We’ve used John before and have always loved his work. He’s always on time، incredibly friendly، answers every question، and cleans up after himself. So when John let us know he couldn’t make it and would be sending Jared and Jeff instead، I figured if he trusted them، they would be great too—and they absolutely were. Jared and Jeff showed up right on time and were both so patient and kind. I tend to ask a lot of questions because I like learning how things work and making sure I researched everything correctly beforehand. They never made me feel like I was asking too much—instead، they were happy to explain things and make sure I felt comfortable. A few of the pieces I had purchased ended up not being quite right، so they ran to Home Depot to get what was needed. Even then، they checked with me first to make sure I liked the option، and offered to keep looking if I preferred something else. Jared helped troubleshoot some concerns I had with a few light fixtures، and Jeff was great about making sure things were hung exactly how I envisioned—especially our chandelier، checking in with me about the height until it felt just right. They were both incredibly friendly، easy to talk to، and made me feel heard throughout the whole process. At the end، they cleaned everything up، took all of the boxes and old fixtures with them، and left everything spotless. One thing that especially impressed me: my husband and I both work from home full time، and somehow they completed all of the work without ever needing to shut off the panel while we were working. Mind blown. I would absolutely recommend John، Jared، and Jeff to anyone looking for electrical work. Such a great experience from start to finish.
