Ethos Greek Bistro

Ethos Greek Bistro is one of the best Greek restaurants in Fort Lauderdale! The calamari was outstanding—perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. We also loved the chicken souvlaki، the gyro platter، the creamy tzatziki with warm pita، and the fresh Greek salad. Everything tasted authentic، fresh، and full of flavor. The service was friendly، the atmosphere was welcoming، and the whole experience made us feel like we were enjoying a meal in Greece. Highly recommend Ethos Greek Bistro، and we'll definitely be back!

My wife and I were in town for a cruise and had some time to grab lunch، so we decided to try Ethos Greek Bistro—and we’re so glad we did. From the moment we walked in، we were greeted right away and made to feel genuinely welcome. The staff was incredibly friendly، polite، and attentive without being overbearing. We were seated quickly and decided to start with a couple of cocktails، which ended up being some of the best we’ve had in a while. You can tell they take pride in what they serve—everything was crafted with fresh juices and high-quality ingredients، and it really showed. Our food came out quickly، and our server checked in just the right amount to make sure everything was perfect. The food itself was outstanding—honestly better than some of the meals we’ve had in Greece. Everything tasted fresh، well-prepared، and full of flavor. You can tell they’re using quality ingredients and putting care into each dish. The portion sizes were generous، especially for the price point، which we found to be very fair for the level of quality and service. It’s not always easy to find a place that delivers on all fronts، but this one absolutely does. If you’re in the area and looking for a great meal with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere، I highly recommend giving Ethos a try. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town.

The restaurant design was very well done. Bar area offered lots of social interaction. Lots of parking spaces. Staff were very helpful and engaging. X rated margarita and Blood Orange Cosmo were very good. The chicken artichoke was a bit tough. The spinach pie was good. The beet salad had gorgonzola instead of goat cheese which was not bad. Around 14 indoor counter seats and 10 indoor tables. 15 tables outside all weather covered. According to the happy hour menu the discounted prices are available until 6 pm. Well behaved dogs are welcome inside and outside. They appear to only offer a limited list of liquors.

Ethos Fort Lauderdale is an amazing addition to the Southport Plaza. I've been going to this plaza for over 15 years and this is the one restaurant that I was most excited to try out. I arrived with my mother in the evening time on Sunday، September 21st. I was greeted by a charming maître d who made us feel welcomed. Then، we were greeted by our WONDERFUL server، Marcos! He was extremely attentive and provided the best suggestions regarding the menu. He has a charm to upsell which works for both the guests and the restaurant. The drinks are top notch. Everything we ate was delicious، but I think my favorite were the stuffed grape leaves. They were flavorful and I think I could have had 5 more if it wasn't for all the food we ordered. It was really nice to have the manager stop by. I definitely express my happiness towards him. We really enjoyed our time at Ethos Fort Lauderdale and we cannot wait to come back with more friends and family.

Is there an echo in here! I can see that so many have enjoyed Ethos! Our service، food and overall experience tonight was nothing short of spectacular. Marcos was so knowledgeable about the wine list that we were able to find and try a new to us Greek wine that was exactly to our taste. He was prompt، and attentive through service without ever making us feel rushed. The meal itself was so authentically cooked that we dare not add any extra salt or pepper. We enjoyed every bite. I wouldn't have ever thought of a tenderloin kebab but every morsel was a delight. The only downside، was that we didn't have enough room for dessert. Our tab was a little higher than some of the other reviews because we bought a bottle of wine but we still found the pricing reasonable. I wish we had better pictures but it was so good we started to eat before remembering to take them!
