When I needed to find a place to rent in Naples، several trusted local connections strongly encouraged me to contact Matthew Craig. I am so glad I took their advice. From our very first conversation، Matt asked thoughtful questions to understand exactly what I was looking for and quickly provided several condos for rent that fit my needs. Within less than a week، I had selected and applied for a condo، and I moved in less than two weeks later. Before connecting with Matt، I had spent a great deal of time and energy trying to navigate the rental market on my own. Looking back، I only wish I had called him sooner. Matt is professional، attentive، responsive، and an excellent listener. He communicates promptly، follows through on his commitments، and delivers results. His knowledge of the local market and dedication to his clients are evident in every interaction. I recommend Matthew Craig and Exit Realty without hesitation and would gladly work with him again in the future.
