Facilities look super modern، clean، and very nice. The staff was professional and extremely helpful. The outdoor pool area was beautiful — not overly big، but it had a more private and relaxing feel. The cold plunge pool was especially amazing after the sauna. It was the perfect Sunday retreat for me and my husband. Definitely coming back!

We spent the entire day enjoying the spa and relaxing by the outdoor pool، and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The entire establishment was spotless، and every staff member we encountered was friendly، professional، and incredibly welcoming. We started with the tzatziki and fried zucchini chips، which were absolutely delicious. The cocktails were just as impressive…flavorful، well-balanced، and definitely strong! We enjoyed a beer، a pineapple martini، and piña coladas by the pool، and every drink was excellent. Dinner exceeded our expectations. The branzino was perfectly prepared، and the vegetables، mashed potatoes، and cheese qutab were all outstanding. A special shoutout to the bartender، who crafted two custom cocktails that weren’t even on the menu، and they were some of the best drinks we’ve had. The atmosphere was relaxing، upscale، and welcoming. Between the spa، the food، the drinks، and the exceptional service، this was a perfect day. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a fantastic dining experience.

Federal spa is by far the best Shvitz/ sauna/ banya in Miami. The rooms are hot and large with good seating and the ability to add water directly to stove. The cold plunge is a great temperature and the facilities are nice and clean. You can eat and have delicious food on the outdoor patio which has a pool and hot tub as well. The environment is relaxing. The food is absolutely delicious with great western and Russian dishes. You can smoke outside if you want. Would definitely recommend anytime، as prices are fair and you will certainly leave relaxed.

Best spa experience I've had in South Florida. The building is gorgeous... modern، clean lines، huge windows...and the facilities inside match it: hot sauna، proper steam room، and a cold plunge that hits just right after. Loved the outdoor patio with the pool and jacuzzi، felt like a mini resort escape. The real surprise was the food. Didn't expect a spa restaurant to actually be this good، but it was - the borscht especially was a standout. Eating poolside after a sauna session، fully relaxed، was the perfect combo. Staff were friendly and professional the whole visit، and everything was spotless. Definitely coming back - highly recommend for a full reset day.

Go for the food! We visited Federal Spa & Restaurant، and while the spa experience didn't quite work out for the men in our group، the parking lot was completely full (by the way if the parking lot is full، you can park across the street)، and unfortunately all the men's lockers were taken the only a total of three women and they had a completely different experience! Between the two ladies I came with and another woman who was already there، they had plenty of room، plenty of lockers، and fully enjoyed the spa. Lucky them! As for the food ،WOW!، what a pleasant surprise. It was incredibly delicious and well worth the visit on its own. We ordered a variety of dishes، and nearly every single one was excellent. The clear standout was the mussels. They were simply out of this world ،served with an amazing sauce and bread that we just couldn't get enough of. We kept going back for more! If you're on the fence about visiting، come for the food. You won't be disappointed. We'll definitely be back، for the restaurant part.
