Flo-Tech Services

Flo-Tech laid new plumbing for Englewood City Water sewer connection at my home. They did it in one day and performed beautifully and got it inspected and approved. It was a bit of a difficult job because of a large oak tree that had many roots they had to cut through to lay the pipes. The tree was saved and we now have city sewer services. They did a spectacular job! Flo-Tech was professional in every way، including office administration and communication. They were pleasant and made it easy to work with them. Thank you Flo-Tech. I highly recommend your services!

Had an issue with our Manabloc Manifold leaking. Called Flo-Tech to get a general cost. Said they could quote it via a picture، which I sent. The rest can be explained by the email submitted to them below... Good morning، I'd like to premise by saying I am very happy with the new Manabloc and the installation of it by Bill، so this not a reflection on him by any means. But I do have a question on the amount I was charged for the said work. Now I know you quoted me $1500.00، but that was done by way of me sending a picture in to do the quote، site unseen. Now the tech arrived at 9am and completed the work at 11:30am. Originally، I was told my repair would take all-day to do، which in my mind I thought there is no way that could be possible. So، the 2.5 hours was more in line with what I thought it would take. So، if we factor in 30 minutes for travel time to get on location، the total job took 3 hours. Being an electrician for many years، we always did repair jobs on a Time & Material basis. Or if we had to give a quote، we did so with that in mind and was reflected on the invoice. Bid high that way if the job costs less the customer is ecstatic. So، with that being said، how does 3 hours of labor and $300.00 (Home Depot price، not wholesale) in parts come out to $1500.00? For the labor، I'm figuring a liberal $150.00/hour as this repair only really required a journeyman. To clarify for the parts cost، Home Depot has that Manifold for $271.44، and the Supply adapters are $11.89/each. I can only imagine you get your material from a wholesaler for cheaper. So، if my math is correct that's $750.00 in time and materials. Do you feel any refund is warranted? I would be happy with getting $500.00 back. That would make me feel like I wasn't overcharged or taken advantage. Otherwise، it is what it is، I'll leave my Google review and never patronize Flo-Tech again. Thanks، and Sincerely Needless to say، the owner gave me a call the next day and of course denied my request for a partial refund. Contractors need to make it common practice in doing، at least repair work، on a Time and Materials basis. Nothing says overcharging more than someone that doesn't only charge for the time your job takes. Just my .02 J

I had a plumbing emergency and called Flo-Tech Services، Inc.. Matt came out onsite quickly and provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was professional، knowledgeable، honest، and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the repair. You can tell this is a family-owned company that truly cares about their customers and quality workmanship. The issue was resolved fast and the whole experience was stress-free during a very stressful situation. I highly recommend Flo-Tech Services for anyone needing reliable plumbing services. 5 stars all the way!

We had never heard of Flo-Tech for air conditioning. They were a jewel of a company to work with. We were up north for the summer when our AC needed replacing. Chad did a great job and made us feel that we were there for the replacement. Excellent communication and work.

Chad and Davie were great techs. Thorough، reasonable and quick. I appreciate your guys expertise and service replacing the majority of our outside AC unit. You take AC for granted until one evening it just stops working. Thanks again gentlemen
