I went to Freedom Dental unannounced to inquire about services، after hearing their ads on 92.5. I was greeted warmly by Paij، their office manager upon arrival. I explained the dental status of myself and my grandson، and was given a clear، complete explanation of how they could meet our needs and resolve our issues. Paij scheduled hygienist appointments for both of us، but they were unable to fit us in until after the 1st of the year. She assured me we would be put on a waiting list، and if we were flexible، she'd be able to get us in sooner. Thankfully، Paij called us with availability after a couple canceled their dual appointments، and fit us in just a few days later! We met Maria، the hygienist، and Dr Joe (the owner of the practice); Maria was patient and gentle with both of us (and did a great job!)، and Dr Joe was engaging and sensible with our treatment plans. Neither of us had been to the dentist in 4yrs، but there was no shaming or embarrassment: the staff meets you where you are currently to help you TODAY، and recommends further treatment، if necessary، for you to think about، NO PRESSURE. My grandson is returning next week to have a cavity filled، and I'll discuss mine with them at that appointment، as well.
