G & G Auto Collision

A tree fell on my wife's car from a tornado. Was recommended to G&G collision from my insurance. When we dropped the car off for repair، G&G said they will have me come in for preinspection prior to paint، they did not. When they called me to pick up the car this is what I found. 1- The trunk had an inch of water in the bottom. 2- still had glass in the carpet. 3- The interior stunk from the steam cleaner that smells nasty. 4- Paint overspray all over my car and dash board. I am not one to throw negative info، but I was very displeased with the quality of the way the work was done. Simple ways of preventing problems were not taken.

Great communication ، I used this shop on behalf of Geico (not my insurer) to complete repairs. Vehicle was repaired، professionally within 2 weeks. Shop was easy to deal with met with Kimberly and the owner، all details and repairs were thoroughly explained to me. Car was even washed ،thank you G & G! Zero،costs، at fault driver and Geico handled it all. This was a no stress repair، which it should be while not at fault.

Please do not take your cars to this workshop، they give terrible service. I'll tell you about insurance. I took the car to this shop when I went to pick it up. I was surprised that the car was completely unbalanced. Check the parts they put on it and they are alternative parts. Chinese or Korean when I left the car there، the shop manager assured me that he would put original Toyota parts on it. Additionally، they scratched my panel inside the car and got grease on the roof of my vehicle. The hood of the vehicle was completely out of square. They stained the ceiling with particles. red color that they didn't have to top it off they put the crooked toyota sign all wrong when they went to complain about the interior damage and they washed their hands saying that the car was like that which was never like that the boss told me that he would respond and that he would give it a hood that I would send it to order a new one and they would call me in a couple of days، 1 week passed and no one called me، I personally went to the workshop and they told me that the part would arrive the same day and that they would call me again، I tell you، I have done more than 3 times and they tell me the same story instead of repairing my car they damaged it but I plan to take legal action against this workshop.

Outstanding work and my car looks brand new. From start to finish the process was seamless. Employees are all fantastic!

So when my car was hit again recently، I knew exactly where I would take it for the repair. G & G did an amazing job and my G70 looks brand new.
