I asked Eileen M Mulkey currently working under this partnership on a sale of a condo in Fort Lauderdale a simple question as to if my property for sale under contract was sold the day it was intended to (that is today). Her simple answer is "please talk to your attorney" I asked no specifics just a yes or no. Yet her intention is for myself and my sister to come out of pocket and take out attorneys time when a simple answer would suffice. This is the type of service you get if you take her on a as a representative on a probate estate. To hide behind a personal representative is one thing، but to just be obtuse because someone isn't good enough for you to answer in your eyes is plain out wrong. And not how people should be treated. This is after I greeted her with "Good afternoon ma'am how are you today". That is true professional courtesy at its best. I don't wish this type behavior upon anyone. It's flat out rude and extremely disrespectful. I don't expect anything will be done nor do I look for it to resolved; we learn lessons in life as to how some folks treat others. And how to become better people ourselves based upon experiences we encounter.
