Reanna takes care of my hair and my daughter’s as well. We both have curly hair and Reanna knows exactly what to do to keep our curls bouncy. Besides being great hairstylist، Reanna is easy to talk to she engages in conversation، if she sees that you need a break from chatting she lets you zone out lol. BTW she is quick، i had some rush type appointments where i requested to be done ASAP، and she always made sure she gets me out of the salon on time! We love Reanna، we go wherever she goes!

Honestly، Reanna’s customer service is textbook. She was able to squeeze me in on my only day off to help fix my hair، even though she already had some plans. I went in for a corrective cut (done by a different stylist) because it just wasn’t what I had asked for; my hair was looking stringy at the ends. I told her I really didn’t need all the extra stuff، I just needed the cut fixed. She had me explain what I wanted، went over my options with the time we had، and cut it exactly how I asked. She wasn’t scared to get it as short as I wanted، most stylists fear my hair will stick up so they just don’t take enough off. She even threw in my style for free because she didn’t want me leaving unhappy and showed me a better product for my hair. Expect to pay a little more your first appointment because her new clients require a deposit، but it’s 100% worth it in my opinion because I will definitely be re-booking!
