Since 2014، Halo Salon has been transforming my hair with beautiful color، style، and so much more.

My brief experience with Halo Salon & Experience was fantastic. I needed a last-minute short haircut and color and discovered this place on Instagram. Though I couldn't reach them by phone or message، their voicemail gave me confidence in their customer service values. I decided to visit in person. The ambiance was wonderful. Tasha immediately paused her work with a client to assist me. She apologized for not being able to take a walk-in but recommended another stylist and provided a contact number. Her attentiveness and effort were impressive! More businesses should adopt this level of customer service!

Overall the salon has a nice atmosphere. I’m still in disbelief that I been going to Tasha since July 2022. She always did my hair perfect up until maybe around Nov 2022 I stopping going to grow my hair back natural، wore braids and wigs over spring and summer. But the last time she relaxed my hair، it was halfway done and I couldn’t get my hair to lay down.I finally reached back out August 2023 for a natural haircut، give her another chance، trying to see the best in people. Showed her two pics and even showed her in person how I wanted my hair done when pointing to someone else in the salon. This lady basically cut all my hair off and sent me home baldheaded. I start school Monday and I’m also planning my gender reveal. Struggling to style my hair because not only is it cut way too short its not cut evenly. I reached out to her about the situation and received no response back. I really thought she was a stylist who really cares for people hair style and health. Will not be going back but discernment is Gods gift and back in Nov I told myself I wasn’t going back. I went back a year later and she sent me home to my man to look like a boy. Very shocked، hurt and disappointed . I’m sure many have good experiences but my last two with Tasha were not.

Lynn has been servicing me for I believe for well over a year now. I can honestly say that each time I've gone in to sit and be serviced by her gift، I've never left her ambiance of the Halo experience feeling anything less than her favorite client! She is very insighful، professional، thorough and experienced in her gift! You will never be disappointed with her wise counsel as it relates to "your glory!"
