Harmonious Healing Massage

I can’t say enough amazing things about my experience at Harmonious Healing with Teresa Russell. I went in for a lymphatic massage and left feeling completely renewed، like my body had been reset from the inside out. Teresa is incredibly knowledgeable، intuitive، and genuinely cares about your well-being. The lymphatic massage itself was both relaxing and therapeutic، and I could immediately feel the difference. But what truly took the experience to another level was being introduced to a sound bath. I didn’t quite know what to expect، but it ended up being absolutely out of this world. The vibrations، the atmosphere، the sense of calm، it was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. It felt deeply healing on both a physical and emotional level. If you’re looking for a place that offers more than just a service، something transformative this is it. Highly، highly recommend!

Where do I even start?! I’m walking out of my massage with Terisa feeling like I’m walking on sunshine! I’ve been searching for years to find someone who truly knows how to give a proper therapeutic massage، and I finally found her!! From the moment I walked in، I felt completely comfortable. The decor is beautiful and eclectic—almost like a Thailand-temple vibe mixed with a cozy café or your best friend’s artsy living room. It’s colorful، calming، and instantly makes the space feel peaceful and special. But what really stood out was Terisa herself. She truly listens and understands what your body needs، and then delivers exactly that. I felt genuinely cared for the entire time، and the massage was not only relaxing but deeply therapeutic. I’m feeling so blissed out on so many levels! That level of care and attention is exactly why I’ll be coming back.

Best massage experience I have ever had! Both me and my husband have been coming here on a regular basis for years and Terisa has helped us through many physical challenges! Very thorough، listens well to your needs and extremely knowledgeable! 10/10

Literally the best massage I’ve ever had! Terisa was absolutely amazing! She truly has healing hands. The most relaxed I’ve felt in a while. I definitely will be going back on a regular basis.

I came to Harmonious Healing with long term hip/shoulder issues that I’ve let go because I don’t usually love massages. Teresa is the only person I would go to now. The experience was relaxing، the space is beautiful، and Teresa is incredibly thoughtful and conscientious. It’s been a few days and I still feel like I’m standing taller with significantly less pain. Super grateful I found her and will be back!
