Helping Hands Therapeutic Massage

Tried contacting them via WhatsApp about 30 minutes before arrival، but the response was a little slow. However، when we reached around 8:30 pm via walk in، we were still able to start our 90-minute aromatherapy session almost immediately. There are separate male and female changing rooms with lockers. We were first brought to the respective changing rooms to freshen up and store our belongings، then guided up to about level 3 for the treatment. The room was simple with two beds، and the massage started promptly. My masseuse was amazing—her strokes were excellent and the entire 90 minutes felt incredibly relaxing. They also used hot stones and heated compress bags. The hot stones surprised me at first، but I quickly got used to them. The heated bags were placed under my neck and on my forehead، then moved to my stomach، and finally used to cover my eyes during the front massage. It felt so good that the 90 minutes passed way too quickly. After the session، we were ushered back downstairs to change، returned the locker keys، and made payment. There is an additional 5% charge for credit card payments.

Had an amazing experience here! The place was clean، relaxing، and had a very calm atmosphere from the moment I stepped in. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive — they offered tea before and after the session، and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I did the full body massage، and it was easily one of the best I’ve had in Vietnam. The therapist knew exactly the right pressure points to work on — strong yet gentle، and very professional. The oil they used smelled great and didn’t feel sticky at all. Prices were also very reasonable for the quality and service provided. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in Da Nang and need a proper massage to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Highly recommend booking in advance as they seem to get quite busy in the evenings!

This was an okay massage، it wasn't terrible. If I'm truthful، I've had much better massages elsewhere in Da Nang but wanted to try this place based on the reviews and personally I feel like the reviews are a bit overhyped. The rooms have poor sound insulation and therapists have to leave the room to get the hot towels and stones partway through the massage، which kind of disturbs the experience. As I said، the massage was okay but could have been better. Service was okay، price is good though and they are good at booking you in last minute.

I chose Healing Hands 60min massage for 330k. The place itself is nice and clean. The communication with masseuse was poor، I asked to increase pressure but there was no change. She barely talked to me and seemed indifferent. The massage itself was similar to Balinese massage with more stretching. The shoulder and upper back massage was ok، more pressure would have been better. The back massage was underwhelming due to the technique used. The neck massage lasted around 4 minutes in total، much shorter than shoulder massage. The leg massage was bad، the technique was ineffective - or should I say incorrect. You cannot increase hip joint mobility by shaking the leg. The thigh muscles were not relaxed at all. Technique on calves was ineffective. My feet were left untouched. The masseuse walked on my back which is nice - but again the technique was wrong. By placing one foot on my lumbar area، she increased the pain. The leg should have been on my glutes instead، but they were left untouched. Moreover، some of the stretching accentuated my glutes tension… When it comes to arms، there was some massage، but mainly focusing on palms. Forearm and arm massage was just broad pressure، no strokes or anything you would see a trained physical therapist do to release the tension in particular muscle groups. Overall، I think the massage has the right direction but execution/technique was mediocre. I didn’t feel profound relaxation afterwards. In my experience، a Chinese massage is similar but executed much better.

The "Healing Hands Massage" option is a delightfully well integrated blend of Shiatsu، Thai، hot-stone، foot-reflexology techniques that feels truly therapeutic & yet appropriately relaxing all at once! A thoughtful bonus — application of moist heat (via moist towels) & dry heat (via rice husk heating pads) at perfect moments of the massage make the session feel extra cozy & comforting! ✨️👍✨️ To describe 120 mins of performing continuous، deep-tissue work as being simply "strenuous" is probably still a huge understatement — therefore، the therapeutic power of both Hien's & Y's "healing hands" deserve so much extra respect & appreciation. Even despite being clients at the end of their long، busy work day، we received massages that felt as energetic as if we were their first clients of the day! They are also highly attentive to client feedback & are intuitively adept at adjusting the level of massage pressure to appropriately address problem areas.
