Herndon's Automotive

I recently had my Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 serviced at Herndon Automotive on Philips Highway، and I had an excellent experience. Tom، the owner، is extremely knowledgeable about Mercedes vehicles، and Christina at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful. The service was honest، professional، and fairly priced. I highly recommend Herndon Automotive for Mercedes service in Jacksonville.

Over the years we have taken many different Mercedes to Herndon's for service and repair and they have always been great. We have not owned a MB for a few years. Recently I bought a 2017 MB E 400 Coupe. Long story short، recently the power tilt steering wheel locked in an upright position. I researched online and tried to unjam it myself but could not. I called and spoke with Tom and told him the issue. He said this was a common issue with these models. He told me he could typically unjam these locked steering wheels easily. I made an appointment and brought it in. Within 5 minutes he had it fixed and he said no charge! Great knowledge of the vehicle and great customer service! If you need MB service or repair، definitely consider Herndon's!

Tom is awesome. Best service and reasonable pricing considering what the dealership prices are for Mercedes repairs

Herndon's Automotive is the best Mercedes Benz maintenance and repair shop in this area. Tom was very transparent، which you always don't get from the dealership، and he has the very best interest of the owner. I only wish he worked on other manufacturers. I highly recommend them if you have a Mercedes Benz.

They’re great communicators، honest، quick، and well priced. Have had my Mercedes serviced here multiple times، and it’s always a breeze. Highly recommend!
