Honest1 Auto Care

The team at Honest Auto Care did an amazing job on July 3rd when my care would not start (it was in my garage and had to be towed). They took the time to diagnose my problem and install a new battery. Thank you Justin for being so helpful and kind and thank you Honest Auto Care team for getting me back on the road. We will be back for any other service we may need

I own a Tesla Model Y، and just my luck، I got a flat tire less than a year after buying it. I decided to handle it myself since I know how to change a tire، bought the proper Tesla jack pads، and got to work. What I didn’t realize — and this could have been very dangerous — was that I had not properly torqued the lug nuts afterward. About a day later، the car started making strange noises. I pulled over and noticed one of the lug nuts was so loose I could remove it with my fingers 😳. I tightened them as best I could and continued on، but the next day the noise was even worse، plus it was raining! On my way to the office، I stopped at HONEST1 Auto Care and explained the situation to Justin at the front desk. Without hesitation، he grabbed a jack، came outside in the rain، reset the wheel، and properly torqued everything down. When I asked what I owed، he simply said، “No charge. Just be safe.” I even tried to tip him، and he wouldn’t accept it. That says everything about the kind of shop they run. Good businesses are built on good people، and Justin absolutely proved that. Thanks again، Justin.

Justin Sharp always takes such great care when I have questions and bring my car in for some repairs or an oil change. The facility is so clean، and the snacks/drinks are a bonus. Thank you for being so reliable and consistent.

I take both my cars here as needed. Extremely honest staff، and great at what they do. I went with a check engine light on and the last thing I would’ve thought it was just really low on oil. My bill was very minimal because they’re so honest. THANK YOU!

Thank you، Team! I went in for an AC check and the team inspected my entire vehicle head to toe with photos by text which was extremely helpful. Though a nice waiting area، they have a courtesy shuttle which made my life easier. Regarding the repair، it was extremely thorough and for the first time as a customer in any repair shop I was treated as a customer should be treated-with professionalism. Even being done with the repair I am extremely satisfied and I feel if I have any concerns or questions the team is there for me. Thank you، Honest 1!!!
