These guys are absolutely the best in town. They are always honest with you and will not try to rip you off like other mechanics. I trust them completely and will never go to any other place. You cannot find this kind of trust anywhere else. They are very fair on prices and will stand behind their warranties on parts. The best service I’ve ever experienced. Although car repairs are never fun، this mechanic shop was able to make it a positive experience. Alan diagnosed honestly and accurately، (which is super important to me as a female) they had great pricing، and my car was up and running again in no time! Beware of this mechanic، I do not recommend him at all. Charges exorbitant prices and doesn't properly service the vehicle، says he will fix the problem، takes astronomical amounts and returns the vehicle in a faulty condition. I paid them a lot of money to replace the brake calipers، including the discs and pads. I went back to them 6 times about the brakes. Each time they said everything was fine. All the wheels on the car don't turn at all. It turned out they didn't replace the brake calipers. I had a leak there. They replaced part of the transmission. Of course، they didn't solve the problem. The leak came from the engine at all. They put me through a lot of other expenses. I had treatments there for several thousand and I got a broken car back، each time with new damage. Its known the shops in this area not 100% so be ware guys. This mechanic charge me extra each time and didnt replace the parts i paid for. Each time i had to come after they work on my car few times. Good luck They even lost my gas tank keys and are still arguing with me about it. Take responsibility for the brake calipers، put new ones in front of me and I'll delete this. You said you don't want to take responsibility، so stick with this review. Don't leave yours cars there for a few days without looking at what they're doing. They didn't even print out what they did. Ask them to show you the parts they replaced. Be very careful with them. I never write reviews on Google until now when I came across garages in the area. I wrote a review for you، for another member of the community، and for another. You don't even deserve one star. The brake calipers cost you maybe $50 to buy. I paid for them and your garage manager who was responsible for them made sure not to replace them. Order calipers at your own expense، install them in front of me and I will delete this review. One time I went to him to have my car serviced، I dropped my key into a puddle of water. Instead of charging around $250 to replace the key، he charged me an exorbitant price of $780 and kept my car with him for a week and a half to two weeks. Beware of this mechanic and his team. Especially beware of Alan، his mechanic in charge. Alan will tell you that he replaced parts for you that you paid for and did not replace the parts at all، including Itamar the mechanic. Some of the times I paid him in cash regardless، he wrote a comment here to disclaim responsibility. From that alone، you can understand that this is a low level. They took thousands from me and every time they didn't fix the car properly and every time the car had new problems. I hope you don't have to experience what I went through with them.

I’ve been using IT since 2019 for 3 different vehicles and haven’t looked back. These guys are very honest، the prices are competitive، and their work is excellent. They are also far، far friendlier than any other mechanics I have ever used. If you’re looking for a mechanic in this area، I say you have nothing to lose by going to them. Thank me later.

When you hear the word mechanic you cringe knowing how often you get ripped off but a friend assured me of IT CAR SERVICES integrity and honesty. I serviced my car and I was not disappointed. Trust is not a word to be used lightly but Alan earned that and gave me a glimmer of hope that there are still decent، honest mechanics out there!
