We had been renting from Mo since 2020 and it has always been a stress-free great experience we started in one home for 2 year and than moved into another property were we currently are. Anytime we need anything or have any problems Mo promptly replied to me via text or on the phone and sends someone out within 24hrs to fix the problem. I have truly enjoyed renting from him for many years & will keep always recommend him and his team to all I know. I recently found out that our home has been transferred to new management per the owner and is no longer with Mo & his team it is very unfortunate. However I continue to refer all I can to him & his time and hope to be working with him for our next home.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM: This is the most unprofessional "company" I've ever come across. Extremely unresponsive and refuses to fix issues in their homes. They did not look at the property once from the time the old tenant left to the time it was rented to me. I had countless issues over my time living there and they would not respond to me for days and weeks. Eventually when they did send someone out it was not a professional that did not actually fix the issue. They are rude and unprofessional at the property management company and refuse to let you speak with an owner DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE

We moved into our rental last year due to an emergency with our past rental of over a decade. Imperial Estates moved us in really fast and we are so grateful. They've always sent a handyman to fix some small issues. One time my neighbors (who have moved out) swiped my handyman to fix something in their unit، so glad they're gone lol. Mil made sure to send him back out to me. Anyway، I really love the area، the rent is still reasonable، the owner is super awesome، and we will stay here for as long as we can. Oh، and the cats love it too as there are plenty of squirrels to watch ❤️
