Ive been coming here monthly for massages and it’s the best thing ever. My fiancé first booked me an appt here because of the reviews، and they were not wrong! From the moment you walk in you are taken care of and all the stress from life goes away. Melody has been taking care of my massages and she is so kind، always remembers my focus areas، and really helps my body destress. She is great! I would recommend this Spa to anyone and everyone. I love it here 🩷 Also، we recently did a couples massage and my fiancé said Essence did a wonderful job as well، and with it being his first massage he can’t wait to come back next month. Thank you all for being amazing!

I have had solo and couples massages، back facials، facials، waxings، and pedicures done here، and have loved every service I’ve gotten. Every person I’ve had the pleasure of working with has been wonderful too! The ambience of InnoVitale is always perfect. It’s super clean، smells great، and they have so many additional services to meet your needs. Front desk is always friendly and helpful! This is the only place my and my bf will come for a massage now.

Samantha and Melody were impressively well versed، and thorough. My boyfriend and I both received a deep tissue massage with stretching. My guy was so relaxed he could barely stay awake for dinner! I was encouraged to learn that Samantha performs advanced techniques fluidly and was able to identify several problem areas without much direction or feedback. Great experience down to the communication during the service، to the extra details applied towards comfort. Very Classy place.

I love this salon، truly. Specifically the nail techs and staff، shoutout to Amara. I am someone very loyal to a salon when I find a good fit، and truly thought this was. I planned to get a massage and other services soon. Unfortunately، if you have more than one extenuating circumstance for a late cancelation (outside of 24 hour notice)، they give no grace or sympathy and will charge you the full appointment cost. I do understand the need for this policy and want their staff to be supported when clients do not come; but I had 5 fire trucks at my building up until 15 minutes before my appointment time. I called over an hour before my appointment time. They said oh. That sucks. We will send your receipt). Just a fair warning :)

I had a Russian-style manicure with a buildable base and extensions، finished with a cat-eye polish by Rita. This was my first time trying this salon، and it was a great experience from start to finish. The attention to detail was excellent، and I’m very happy with the results، clean، precise، and beautifully done. I’ll definitely be back. Took just under two hours. Parking lot in the back for customers.
