Isabella's Pizzeria Napoletana

We stopped in here tonight on a whim، knowing it likely wouldn't be crowded with college students since we're at the beginning of summer now. And we were right، as we were the only ones there! The girls working we're all super friendly and helpful with the menu. The pizza was good، with lots of options and a little bit more elevated toppings and ingredients than your typical chain pizza shop. I personally prefer my pizza a little more thick and crispy though، so while it was definitely good، it didn't jump to the top spot on my favorites list or anything... Overall، a nice little spot for dinner with my kids and hubby on a Friday night in between college semesters 😉

I had the best experience! I came in with a group of over 15 people and everything was handled so smoothly. The service was fast، organized، and everyone was so attentive. The pizza was AMAZING you can truly taste that authentic wood-fired flavor. It felt like real، authentic Italian food، which I loved. I’m big on customer service، and they definitely delivered. Everything from the food to the attention made this place stand out. Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic Italian pizza and a great experience💞

Landed in Tallahassee late and headed straight to my hotel. Was looking for something to eat and decided to try the pizza joint across the street for a take out order. The woman at the counter was friendly and helpful. I ordered a small 10” pizza as listed on the menu، but I was promptly informed that they were “out of small pizzas.” A little strange، as I would assume for a fresh، authentic Neapolitan style pizza place they would have the ability to make the dough any size necessary per order. But، it was late and I was out of options، so I went ahead with the medium which was pretty pricy at $19.00. I was shown (what I thought was) the total on the tablet، and once I inserted my card I was presented with the option to tip. Being a late take out order، I selected the highest option (15%) as a thank you. After making back to my hotel، I reviewed my receipt and realized the total amount I had tipped on not only included tax، but also another 15% gratuity that was automatically added! I tipped on a tip! I only looked at the front page of their menu to order (pizzas)، and nowhere is the auto gratuity advertised. After reviewing Google photos the only spot it was located was inside of the menu، and their website menu is different from the menu at their store. The pizza was just ok. Not worth being scammed out of $$. Would not recommend and definitely won’t be coming back. 👎

Absolutely not! I just paid $37 for hard cardboard thin flavorless pizza burnt on the bottom and the worst part is they automatically add 15% gratuity! FOR WHAT?! I order at a counter، pay at the counter. nobody served me، checked on me، even the cokes are $3 cans and not refillable. Asked for a cup of water and they don’t even do that they will only sell you a bottle of water. AND your employees are making at least minimum wage so what the hell is this tip for?????? In 2024 the pizza was good like a Napoli pizza. Now their sign says wood fired and it’s actually neither، it’s the equivalent of those $3 disgusting cardboard frozen pizzas at Walmart. I am appalled by the entire experience. I don’t know if they changed owners، management، need to fire the pizza makers، or just went downhill but I am embarrassed that I ever recommended this place and I will NEVER be back and neither will my kid who is a FSU student. APPALLING

Pizza was decently flavorful، with a nice crisp crust that held up the toppings and a generous layer of cheese. They forgot the prosciutto and had to put some slices on top (I don’t know if it normally would have been baked with the pizza). Salad (greens، apple، blue cheese، pecans) also good، but they tried to charge me a dollar more than the menu price because they claimed menus hadn’t been updated. Service fine، food came out quickly. The white wine was warm because their wine fridge wasn’t working.
