Last night about 10 PM my TV and internet went out and I could not get get them back on even after flipping the fuse/breaker for the living room several times. After calling Megan at American Electric this morning، she was able to fit me in the same day! I was very happy since I was without internet and television except on my cell phone since last night. Matt and Stephen arrived around 2 pm and very personable. After explaining the fee breakdown، they got to work immediately. Besides the issue I had last night، I also asked them to replace one of my outlets that had burned out prior to this incident. After working together very efficiently to troubleshoot my problem، Matt and Stephen were able to find that an outlet behind my couch on the other side of the living room was the culprit and had shown me the very fried outlet that had burned out the other outlets since they were connected. They replaced the outlets and although we all know that electricians can be pricey due to the nature of their business، the guys were able to mitigate the expenses by being efficient and getting everything done within an hour. Very impressive-thank you! They even were nice to my two rescue dogs Mazzy and Ashy that were barking quite a bit intermittently throughout the time they were here. I had the pleasure of having Jeremy come out to address my house electrical going out in half of the house. He was able to confirm a new electrical panel was needed. Everything was explained، including the price، timeframe، and the prep needed for the day of replacement. On the day of replacement، Aiden and Jesse came out and were completely professional and friendly. After spending 8 hours installing the new panel، installing smoke detectors، and testing everything/labeling the new panel، I finally feel safe in my home. We had a great experience with Ethan and Iziah at American Electrical. Our patio ceiling fans ended up having issues that were beyond the technicians’ control، but they still took the time to troubleshoot everything thoroughly and make sure they explored every possible solution. The techs were kind، professional، and worked quickly while still paying attention to detail. We really appreciated their honesty، patience، and dedication to helping us.
