I had an amazing experience at James Family Dentistry! I chipped my front tooth and was able to get a same-day appointment. Not only did they fit me in quickly، but they also repaired my tooth during that same visit، which was such a relief. The entire staff was incredibly friendly، welcoming، and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain my insurance benefits، let me know exactly what my out-of-pocket cost would be before treatment، and there were no surprises. The cost was very reasonable، and the quality of care was excellent. I truly appreciate how efficient، transparent، and compassionate everyone was. Dr James is terrific! His support staff is always friendly and helpful. And his hygentist is excellent. I also think their charges are reasonable not outrageous as some dental offices. I highly recommend them.

Great experience، loved all the staff and how nice they were. They treat you very well and you aren’t just another patient there. I had to get 3 fills recently and it was a quick and painless process، I was in and out. Every dentist office you see nowadays is a big name corporate office and it’s so nice to see a family dentist who truly care of the best interest of you، I would recommend them to anyone.

Such a pleasure to go to James Family Dentistry! I don’t like needles so I don’t use the Novacaine. Dr James treats me painlessly each time!

Staff is professional. Cleaning was good. Doctor James examined my teeth. Found alot of cavities even though I had my teeth all fixed 6 months ago. Now I have to pay over $1200 out of pocket. I have other insurance that would have paid for it all but they don't take my dental insurance with Humana.
