I don't write many reviews، but sometimes you have to make an exception. My wife was a permanent resident، and wanted to become a US Citizen. I found James immigration law online، and liked what I saw on their website. I called an spoke to a receptionist (Mr. Albeiro)، who was very courteous. He asked some questions، sent me a short form to fill out، and made an appointment to talk with an intake specialist، Mrs. Maria. At our appointment، she was friendly، and made us feel relaxed. She asked my wife questions and in no time explained that she would be glad to help her. Mrs Maria made us feel right at home، and explained the process that would lead to citizenship. She took her time to make sure we understood what was involved. Mrs Maria was very through، courteous، knowledgeable، and patient. James immigration law helped me so much to get my husband out of an ICE detention center. They always answered my calls and help me understand the process step by step، and answered all my questions when I had one. They worked fast to get him back home. Me and my children appreciate everything they have done for my husband، and now we are together again. We are still working with them to move forward and see the new open opportunities that they are giving my husband to be here with our family. Our family thanks you and appreciate their hard work.

I am shocked these reviews are good. I specifically chose this practice for their stellar reviews and reputation. My personal experience was not the best. After I paid the consultation fee a paralegal called me and set up a meeting. It was then crickets for a while and then I got a phone call from them telling me what they could do for me. I asked for this plan to be emailed to me so I can make an informed decision. No email came through، I even followed up with the Paralegal، Sarah، and still no response. Imagine my disappointment، especially since I am not a professional and need help navigating such a difficult legal field. I would imagine they would tell me next steps or what to do next after a consultation…but nothing. I am absolutely shocked I was ghosted. I would have never expected this from such a highly reviewed firm. This was my personal experience as a potential new client، I do hope if you’re reading this، that you have a better experience than I did.
