James’ styles

My first experience with James styles hair salon this past Monday. Gerald (not sure if spelling of the name) was my stylist and I wanted a hair Botox and haircut. I waited to write this review so I can wash my hair and see the results after it is washed and treatment is out of the hair. I can say that I highly recommend Gerald. He is highly skilled and experience (20+ years). The hair Botox is my first، I have had keratin Brazilian treatment before. The price is reasonable، they provide a price card by length of hair and I thought my length is at $250 but they charged $300 due to my volume of hair، which is fair. Also they have a promotion where you get hair Botox and you also get a free haircut. Gerald skill for hair cutting is great، it’s best hair cut I’ve gotten in Miami and I’ve lived here for over 8 years. His skills for hair Botox is great too، he is meticulous and perfectionist and prides himself with great work. You can tell he is passionate and it’s like he is an artist. Typically it takes about 2-2.5 hours but since I have some volume، it took 3 hours which is fine. As you can see from photo، it came out great. Unfortunately we did not take a before picture of my wavy hair، but I have very wavy frizzy hair. I am very happy with the results and I received so many compliments this whole week. Thank you so much Gerald! (James was also nice in person and he cut a girls hair and I can tell he has skills too.)

He’s very nice، offers water and is generally kind. He does not speak any english، so I used a photo of what I wanted and google translate to explain exactly what I wanted him to do. He took it upon himself to use creative freedom and do whatever he wanted and charged me $200، and all i asked for was to dye five strands of my hair gray، which we left mostly blonde even after I asked him to add more gray dye… If you have a complicated hair style or something out of the ordinary I’d look somewhere else:)

It was my first time visiting the salon. The experience was very warm and welcoming. He looked at my hair، evaluated and gave me a price for the keratin treatment before starting. My hair looks and feels amazing. The product used was wonderful، had no smell and left my hair shiny and straight. Thank you for your work. Ana

I can’t recommend James enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ He is incredibly talented، but what really makes the experience amazing is his energy—he’s always so positive and uplifting. On top of that، he’s genuinely kind and humble، which makes you feel comfortable and valued every time you sit in his chair. I always leave feeling confident and happy with my hair.

James attended me really well. His attention to detail is impressive. My hair was damaged and broken، but now I'm loving my shiny، healthy hair. He did an amazing job.
