Jeremiah's Italian Ice

Hubby and there tonight - his birthday. Avery waited on us and she was by herself and worked so hard getting everyone’s order done. All with a beautiful smile. What a great role model for work ethic and tenacity.

Hats off to Evan yesterday! It is refreshing to experience great customer service. We took my 3 grandsons in for a little birthday treat. When we arrived، there were nearly a dozen people seated and enjoying their treats. There were 15 more of us in line and who entered behind us. Not ONCE did Evan ever appear frazzled while he efficiently managed to handle everything himself... and with care، a pleasant tone، and a friendly smile. Every time another person or group entered I was waiting for some sort of overwhelmed look.....and he consistently delivered great customer service to everyone. KUDOS! The service was as excellent as the yummy treats you serve!! Thank you.

My daughter loves the ice cream! The girl behind the counter was amazing handling a long line of orders by herself. She was very polite. Only critique I have is that they need at least one other person working there especially on the weekends when families are out. It took about 20-30 minutes to reach the counter.

This place was recommended to me by a friend so we decided to stop by. Upon entering، you can see that the atmosphere was young and fun، and the owners liked art. There was only one person working، and the individual was friendly but definitely working hard. Unfortunately، because there was only one person working there was a little bit of a wait However، once the wait was over and we got our sweet treats، they were yummy. It was the first time I'd ever heard of mixing Italian ice with soft serve ice cream ، so I had to give it a try. I tried the oreo Sunday. It was a very flavorful، light، and great treat to help with Florida's heat and humidity

Has been a favorite spot since we moved here in May. Love exploring the different flavors. Last night we stopped in and Avery waited on us. We sat down to eat and there was a steady stream of people coming through the door. We then realized Avery was working by herself and I need to give her a "Way to go girl!" She was taking orders، making them and moving on to the next one so fast you couldn't tell she was alone. Great job Avery!
