Amazing massage! Cindy is professional، welcoming، and incredibly skilled. She knows exactly which muscles need the most attention and works on them with the perfect amount of pressure. I left feeling relaxed، refreshed، and so much better. Highly recommend، and I’ll definitely be back!

I rarely leave reviews، but this experience was frustrating enough that I feel obligated to warn others. I had called about 40 minutes in advance to schedule a couples massage، so I expected at least a basic level of organization when we arrived. Instead، we walked in and stood around for about five minutes before a small woman finally came out to help us. There was no greeting، no effort to confirm what we had booked، and no questions about preferences. Without asking how long we wanted the massage or whether we preferred something like deep tissue or relaxation، she immediately charged us $216 upfront. It felt rushed and impersonal right from the start. Things didn’t improve once we were taken to the room. We were simply pointed inside and told to lay down and take off our clothes، with no further explanation. After getting situated، we were left waiting on the table for about 10 minutes before anyone came back. When they did، they asked if we wanted a “back walk،” which we agreed to، assuming it would be something therapeutic for the lower back. Unfortunately، that assumption was completely wrong. My wife later said، “she dug her elbows into my back the whole time،” and the back walk only made things worse، with pressure being placed directly into the crevice of her lower back، causing actual pain rather than relief. My experience wasn’t as bad، but it still felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. The massage itself was extremely inconsistent. There was no sense of flow or technique—one side of the body would get a certain pattern، while the other side would get something completely different. It didn’t feel professional or well-trained، just random and uneven. To make matters worse، my wife’s masseuse was wearing a headset and playing what sounded like a loud video during the session. We could both hear it clearly over the supposed “soothing” background music، which completely ruined any chance of relaxation. It’s hard to unwind when someone is essentially listening to videos during your massage. The ending was just as uncomfortable as the rest of the experience. As we were trying to leave، they held the receipt up in front of us، practically blocking the exit، and told us to fill in a tip amount. There was even a paper suggesting $30 or $40 tips، making it feel like those were the only acceptable options. It was awkward and pushy، especially considering how poor the service was. Overall، this was a disappointing and uncomfortable experience from start to finish. If I could give negative stars، I would. P.S I forgot to mention، make sure you leave your dignity at the door، they will leave the room and leave the door wide open، allowing any passersby a peak.

If you are into deep tissue massage، you need to go to Jing Massage! Ask for Amy، she’s the best of the best!!! I’ve had massages all my adult life and practically all over the world but she’s exceptional!

I did not have a good time the door was left open numerous times the masseuse kept leaving it was unorganized. I think it’s weird that they expect you to pay before the service is done and i feel it is intentional i still paid as im leaving the front desk said i owed an extra 40 despite paying for a 90 min massage that was only an hour. I’m not happy i would not recommend

I injured my shoulder working out at the gym. I thought I would be out for weeks. I went to Cindy at Jing Massage. Using her acupressure techniques to work on my shoulder، I felt a vast improvement after just one session. I was able to return to the gym and work out fully a few days later. I find Cindy to be a professional who understands the mechanics of how the body works. I would truly recommend her to anyone with such injuries.
