JM Family Construction

We are LOVING our remodeled bathroom! These guys were consistently on time، work ethic was superb through the end of the project، they were neat and cleaned up after themselves daily. And best of all، the finished job is absolutely beautiful! I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again! (Green bathroom/BEFORE vs. A happily، beautiful AFTER!

Jaysen and Andres do have superpowers! They get things done in a heartbeat; they go above and beyond in completing your job on time while seamlessly coordinating with the city and any other interested parties on the project. I highly recommend them as they will get the job done.

I’m so grateful we came across Jaysen‘s contact. I’m an interior designer and have worked with many contractors. None of which came close to Jaysen. He was responsive، communicative، and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done in our timeframe and to our satisfaction . Additionally، he has good ideas and a great team. I’ll definitely be calling Jaysen again for future projects.

My family and I gutted and remodeled our condo in January of 2023. In September of 2024 the bathroom tile started to crack. We contacted Jaysen immediately to have problem rectified. Jaysen came to our condo right away and fixed the tile. He completed the job at his expense because we were under warranty. Jaysen even took the additional step to have our apartment professionally cleaned after he finished the job. The job was also done while we were not in Florida which shows he prioritizes efficient communication. Once again، I can’t recommend using Jaysen and his team enough. If you are looking for a professional contractor who will go above and beyond look no further.

One of the best decisions I ever made to call Jaysen and have his company work on a project at my house. I was out of answers and completely frustrated with the GC I had at the time on my house project in Pompano Beach and finally decided to make that change to JM Family. From the very beginning، Jay and Andres were my kinda contractors - so refreshing to have people respond immediately to me، call me back، answer the phone، come to the house and just communicate perfectly. That alone، might get me to use a contractor cause it's so rare to see - but it was everything 5 star with them. When it came time to getting the project done، they did it fluidly working with the city and permitting، actual building and labor done correctly. Thankfully، I have my home complete and able to enjoy for personal use as well as a short term rental. I have some future projects in mind for my two properties in south Florida and I know who I'll call first when I'm ready to get going on them.
