So sad to leave this because I was a return customer. The color I had done was gone in less than 3 days، I know better than to trust when someone assures they know how to cut short hair but then they go after it with clippers، particularly if it’s naturally curly and damaged، clippers make it sooooooo much worse!!! I have family coming in a week. I had this appointment to try to be ready to see them and deal with all the photo ops they’ll request. Now I’m trying to find cute hats or good excuses to keep from being captured. There are literal chunks missing from my hair where she went back with the clippers because “her OCD couldn’t make her leave that particular spot.” The spot she went back for she took a huge chunk، there is little to no blending at all in the cut، it’s all chopped، it’s rushed، and it looks awful!!! Not Ally I don’t do reviews but if I spare someone else from going through this I will! I was told to come back in so she could take a look. I am a seizure patient، I cannot drive. For me a trip to the salon is the visit plus an additional $50 for the uber so coming back in is not just a little thing. The blonde is what I went in with. The grey was the color she applied، within one wash it was back to the yellow/blonde. To say I’m disappointed and upset is a major understatement.
