Joe Epifanio، PA - Royal Shell Real Estate

My husband and I can't speak highly enough about our experience working with Joe Epifanio. His wealth of knowledge، professionalism، and expertise made a normally stressful event much easier. His website is easy to navigate which helped immensely since we are moving from out of state. We recommend Joe to anyone in need of an honest and trustworthy realtor!

When we decided to relocate to the Naples area، we chose Engel & Volkers as our real estate broker. Joe Epifanio، the owner، turned out to be an excellent choice. We first started looking at homes with Ally Epifanio، Joe's wife، who was very professional and a pleasure to work with. After looking for a few months، we then realized we would prefer to split our time and buy a condo instead. Ally immediately switched gears and started sending listings. She was not available when we returned in October so she set us up with Matt Dominy who was also very capable and made us feel at ease. All of our appointments were set up before we arrived but a new listing came up and Matt immediately switched it to the first showing. As soon as we walked in، we knew this was what we wanted. Matt contacted Joe who put in our offer and convinced the owner to accept it by the end of the day! Were were able to close quickly and had the keys in our hands in 10 days! I would not hesitate to recommend Joe Epifanio for his expertise and also his staff for their professionalism and ability to make everything go smoothly. Job well done!!!

Joe Epifanio and his team are amazing at what they do. After several disappointing experiences with real estate agents، we found Joe to be pleasant، knowledgeable، professional، super responsive، and results driven. He does what he says he will do and gets the job done. If you’re searching for an agent you can trust، look no further!

Joe has shown us what the best real estate agent can do for you! He will find you your perfect home in your price range and never tries the "hard sell". He is a joy to work with and you can tell he has your bestinterest in mind.interest at heart.

Our experience with Matt has been more than EXTRAORDINARY!!! His professionalism، knowledge and expertise went far beyond our expectations! He made the closing of our first New Florida home a breeze even during the worldwide COVID 19 pandemic situation. Most importantly، he is an Extremely trust worthy professional. I would definitely refer him to my friends، family and others. He is now my official real estate agent for my new properties and investments to come. Trully AMAZING! Great job Matt!!! Epifanio team you are so lucky to have a great professional within your organization.
