John Martucci-RE/MAX Of Stuart

Patrick and Nikki from the Stracuzzi team helped us sell our home، and not only we sold it much faster than we thought we would، but we got a great price for our home. I highly recommend the Stracuzzi team for your real state needs.

I had the amazing pleasure of working with John and Nikki on renting my home. We had an amazing successful outcome within a week! Nikki and John were instrumental in presenting my home with exceptional skill. They took beautiful professional pictures of each room and the outside of my home and had numerous first class candidates come to see it. Nikki and John will deliver the results you’re looking to achieve! They are the first people I will go to in the future if I need help again.

We just purchased a new home and we are super excited! Thank you John Martucci for all of your expert help and guidance! You made the process a joy and we look forward to living in beautiful sunny South Florida. 🌟

Nikki Santa-Eulalia was just a great realtor and is very knowledgeable and patient. I worked with many realtors and Nikki is one of the best. I would recomend her to anyone ...she is great. within a short period of time we found the house to buy and worked with me to secure the deal.

Wow! What can I say. Fantastic experience from start to finish! My wife and I moved to Stuart from the midwest hoping that we would quickly find the perfect home. It actually took nearly 6 months and Patrick Sean Stracuzzi never wavered for a moment. He seemed to never stop working and continued to diligently scour the market and eventually in the end we found what we were looking for and we couldn't be happier. The most memorable testament to Patrick's commitment to professionalism occurred when we were pulled aside by a competing agent (during a showing) wanting to assure us that were were in great hands with Patrick and that "he was a true advocate for each of his clients". That says something. Great job Patrick Sean Stracuzzi!
