JW Marriott Market Cafe

We had a great dinner at JW Café، inside the JW Marriott Hotel & Suites Saigon، last night. The buffet selection was impressive and everything we tried tasted genuinely good. The sushi station stood out visually too—the design uses hydroponic salad shelving، which made for a really striking display. The space is elegant، yet comfortable enough to just relax and linger over a long meal. What made the evening memorable was the care from the staff. Như and Đạt looked after us attentively with a warm smile throughout. When the dining room got a bit cold، Như noticed and brought me a shawl without me even asking. Another highlight was the Peruvian fish salad، Ceviche: Cook Hồng and Leader Hưng went table to table doing a live ceviche demo، mixing it right in front of us and walking us through the ingredients and how to enjoy it best. Left full and really happy — a genuinely high-class buffet dinner.

We had an excellent dining experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious، the atmosphere was relaxing، and the service was exceptional. We would especially like to thank Mr. Truc & Mrs Kim Phuong for their outstanding hospitality، professionalism، and attentive service. Mr Truc، along with the entire team، made our visit truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning.

Dined at JW Café inside the JW Marriott Hotel & Suites Saigon in Ho Chi Minh City. This is definitely a very elegant and upscale buffet experience. The dining room is beautiful and refined، and the service is top-notch. The staff are extremely professional، attentive، and polished it almost feels like dining in first class on an international flight. The buffet costs around 1،600،000 VND per person، so it’s definitely on the higher-end side in Saigon. There are many stations and a good variety of dishes، though personally I’ve seen other buffets in the city with even larger selections. Some items were excellent، especially the made-to-order dishes. The pasta station was very good and freshly prepared. However، a few buffet items were a bit of a miss، and the seafood selection wasn’t as impressive as expected for the price. Overall، this place is more about the luxury atmosphere، elegant setting، and professional service than sheer buffet quantity. If you want a fancy night out in a beautiful hotel setting، this is a great experience.

Very good quality food and service. The seafood is very fresh and variety with reasonable price. Sure I will come again.
