When I came here، the owner did a thorough check and discovered it was actually just a dent in my rim. He told me to go to a rim shop to get it fixed and made sure everything else was balanced and in top shape. He’s truly the best mechanic I’ve come across—thorough، friendly، and extremely helpful. I've been going to Neil of k and n foreign auto service for years now. As a woman alone I've had my share of bad experiences when dealing with car trouble and mechanics. Neil is trustworthy and an expert in his field. If it doesn't need to be fixed he will tell me. I highly recommend this man if you need help with car problems. Phenomenal mechanic. The owner addressed all of my issues and then gave the car back and the engine light came back on within the next two days، he then made sure the car was perfect before telling me it was all good and went above and beyond to make sure that the car was okay to drive and the issue was fully addressed. I would come here again if needed، I didn’t feel like I was being told to do things to the car that were unnecessary.
