Kadence

We had an amazing time here. Mark and Jen were so fun، and the atmosphere was phenomenal. Each dish was interesting and well balanced، and it was by far my favorite omakase experience so far. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an interactive، fun، and high quality omakase experience. We hope to be back the next time we are in Orlando! P.s. also a great place to check out a nice bidet!

It’s hard to find a restaurant that serves traditional Japanese breakfast، so this is a treat for sure. Kadence is already a respected sushi restaurant، so definitely come for sushi، but if you want to eat at Kadence more affordably for an equally special meal، come for breakfast. Also the staff are awesome!!! 🇵🇭 thank you Mark and Jen! 🍚

Kadence is one of those restaurants that reminds you the difference between eating and experiencing food. The dining room is intentionally small، reservations are prized، and everything about the experience encourages you to slow down and pay attention. Every course feels carefully considered—not because it’s trying to impress you، but because the people behind the counter clearly care about getting every detail right. The sushi is exceptional، with beautifully prepared fish، thoughtful rice، and flavors that speak for themselves without unnecessary theatrics. If you choose the omakase، you’re placing your trust in the chefs، and that’s exactly the point. Watching them work becomes part of the evening. What stood out most was the restraint. Nothing feels loud or overdesigned. The service is polished، the atmosphere is intimate، and the focus never drifts from craftsmanship. Kadence isn’t somewhere you stop because you’re hungry. It’s somewhere you go because you appreciate the idea that mastery still exists—and that some meals are worth remembering long after the last bite. 🦩

I've been wanting to go to Kadence since I heard about it two years ago and finally got a chance to go when I was in town. Food was great and desserts were awesome too! Mark and Jen made the experience fun and enjoyable. We'll be joining them again very soon for their couples sushi class!

This Japanese restaurant offers some of the best sushi and ramen I’ve tried in a long time. The flavors were authentic، and every dish was prepared with great care and attention to detail. The appetizers and desserts were equally impressive. The staff members were welcoming and attentive، creating a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.
