Kai Total Wellness

My experience at Kai Total Wellness with Tina was nothing short of MAGICAL. I was gifted a Sound Bath. Having tried several different types of therapy and counseling، my expectations were not great. From the jump، I was greeted by name in a way that made me feel seen and heard; the ambiance was warm and calming; and Tina went above and beyond in her facilitation of our session. I walked out in a state of peace I don’t think I have ever experienced outside of childhood. What they do at Kai Total Wellness is nothing short miracle work. I highly recommend Kai Total Wellness in general but especially to other men، especially other Veterans. You will not be disappointed. This is one of those things that you just have to go in and experience as it is impossible for me to articulate. Thank you Tina and Kai Total Wellness!

I had the opportunity to take part in several sound bands with kai. I did a couples sound bath، a group workshop، and most recently a one-on-one restorative session. each one was amazing and I felt refreshed relaxed and reset! Their pop up locations are perfect!

An update: I had an amazing sole session w/ Kai Total Wellness، Tina last night that I had to brag about. I’ve had a couple of these treatments in the past but last night was a extra special as she hand picked edible flowers and herbs from the 15th Street Farm for a fun sensory exploration first followed by a delicious flourless cake for my birthday celebration. Her space is calming، dimly lit w/ twinkling lights، crystal bowls، rain makers and soothing smells of lavender. To get started، I chose an oracle card and set my intention being open to whatever would pop up، lying on heated table under comforting blankets she works her magic while massaging my head and sends me into a relaxing yoga nidra. She continues to massage arms، legs(knees down) and the best foot massage while continuing to play sound bowls clearing my chakras. Ahhh. What a blissful experience، I cannot wait to work w/ her for small group sound healing، meeting her at the farm for tastings، and more healing treatments. I highly recommend reaching out to her for all of your healing needs.✨✨ As soon as I walked into this salon، I felt at ease. The relaxing sounds of the ocean in background، lovely scents and Tina was extremely welcoming. She did wear a mask، if you’re still unsure about safety، I personally felt bad she was wearing the whole time، but I digress. I had the Transcending sole session and I absolutely loved the experience. I highly recommend for total relaxation. Tina placed a weighted blanket on me and also set up the salt air therapy machine which is perfect for congestion and overall good health. She did sound therapy w/ crystal bowls and a short meditation to get in the chill mindset then an amazing leg and foot scrub and massage. Wow!! I have plantar fasciitis، and this treatment felt beyond incredible. God، writing this review is making me want to book another treatment stat.

After a couple of years of traditional talk therapy، my therapist suggested I try alternative types of strategies to dive deeper into myself. *Enter Tina with Kai Total Wellness* I shared with Tina my goals and intentions and we started routine Restorative Sole Sessions to “put in the work” in connecting with my intentions and higher self. Each session provided a space for me to unapologetically take a beat، pause and rest. As a mom of three، business owner، woman and wife، I feel the pressure of the world on my shoulders. There are many things to do and 24 hours a day doesn’t seem like enough time. Each session I give myself permission to look inside the things that are wearing stressing that week، calming my thoughts، and come out of each section with a clear mind. Totally recommend and wishing this kind of reconnection and calmness to anyone reading this looking for it.

Kai Total Wellness is always a wonderful experience. The way the world is، the best thing you can do is take care of yourself. Kai is definitely one of the best ways to do that. The environment is calm، soothing and just perfect to relax and forget everything. Tina goes out of her way to make the environment as peaceful as possible. The minute you walk in the space it is calming and lovely. I go in for my manicure and pedicure. Usually، the salons I have been too were busy and loud. Not Kai، it is soft and quiet. I get a salt treatment during my pedicure. It is just that added something. I feel fantastic by the time I leave. I very much look forward to my appointments. It is just too long between visits. Do everything you can to treat yourself to an appointment. You will be so glad you did.
