Today، Ken did a site visit to discuss some plumbing upgrades we are considering. You won't find a more honest guy than Ken. He gave us pause in the plans we had. He could have moved forward with the restroom upgrade that we wanted، however، he made suggestions that saves us substantial money. Had an inferior connection to my water heater - insurance company flagged as a must fix. Ken and team were able to diagnose the problem and complete the repairs without incident. Ken explained all the work that was done and showed me the faulty parts.

My home warranty company dispatched Ken Johnson Plumbing when my hot water heater went out. Mike and Mr. Johnson were both very nice and patient with answering any questions I had. Mr. Johnson explained the process of getting my water heater replaced through my home warranty in detail and helped me to expedite the process as much as possible. They were also very timely in coming out. They were at my home to diagnose the same day I submitted my claim. Would definitely recommend them.
