Kent Services

The immediate go to travel agent when we decided to do a last minute trip to Hanoi & Sapa after having an enjoyable trip to Danang 2 years ago. Kent is responsive and dependable and had quickly put up an itinerary for my family. He followed closely throughout the trip making sure his guides took good care of us. Toby & Emeli did an excellent job ensuring we are well informed and suit to our schedules and preferences. Definitely a wonderful and enjoyable trip for my family. 👍

We had a wonderful 4-day، 3-night trip in Da Nang، Vietnam. Special thanks to our tour guide Xiao Ai، the driver، and Kent for taking such good care of us. Xiao Ai was always punctual، caring، and attentive. She took great care of my elderly parents، helping them get on and off the vehicle and assisting them when crossing the road. She always made sure our needs were taken care of، which made us feel very comfortable and safe. Kent was friendly، helpful، and quick to respond to any questions before and during the trip. The itinerary was well planned and enjoyable. The hotel arranged for us was clean، comfortable، and a great place to rest after a day of sightseeing. We also received some lovely small gifts، which was a very thoughtful gesture. Thank you to Xiao Ai، the driver، and Kent for giving our family such a memorable trip. We are very happy with the service and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Da Nang.
