I had a very disappointing experience with this office. After completing my cleaning and agreeing on a full treatment plan، I scheduled my appointment well in advance. On the day of my procedure، I was unexpectedly told that I would need to pay for the appointment upfront or it would be canceled. The reason given was that they were having difficulty getting reimbursed by my insurance (United)، not that they don’t accept it. However، after speaking directly with my insurance provider، I was informed that coverage had not been denied. It appears the issue was related to the amount being billed rather than a lack of coverage. I was then asked to pay for the entire treatment out of pocket and handle reimbursement with my insurance on my own. This felt unprofessional and placed me in an uncomfortable position as a patient. As a result، I now have to restart my treatment plan with a new office، which is both inconvenient and frustrating. I truly wanted to have a positive experience here، but this situation made it feel as though financial considerations were prioritized over patient care.

Spectacular experience getting help with my teeth cleaned and taken care of. The staff are very patient and sweet. They make sure to double check with you and give you every option available.

I've been seeing a dentist for 30+ years and no one is better than Dr. Shenker. Her staff is amazing and provides top notch service. No problem is ever too big or too small. If you care about your dental health، I would recommend Dr. Shenker.

I’ve been looking for a new dentist for a year since moving to Broward. OMG! When I arrived، Stephanie greeted me and thanked me for getting there early، it was the perfect start! After filling out the customary paperwork، I was literally sitting in the chair at my appointment time، no waiting! Dr Shenker and the entire staff was friendly، welcoming and explained what they were going to do before they did it. One of the most comfortable experiences at a dentist I’ve ever had. Thank you، I found my new dentist 😁
