I have had multiple closings in various places for personal and investment properties. This has been the worst experience with the most incompetent and dishonest staff with poor communication. The initial closing date was changed which caused things to be rush. Mistakes on initial paperwork (for ex. misspellings، amounts incorrect، etc) were made due to the date of closing being moved up. There were many factors that caused this closing not to go as smoothly as possible، for ex. A 1031 exchange، home was owned by a trust، documents accidentally sent to Kentucky instead of Tallahassee، etc. Home closed over a month ago and I have never received any documents from closing in April 2024. (Since then I have been told today that they will be overnighted to me.) Update: Mr. Edward Wood called and expressed his apology for what happened. I was very appreciative of his phone call.
