On a rainy weekday، my wife came home with a nail in her tire and air steadily leaking out. Not wanting to risk a drive across town I found Koala on Google Maps. The reviews looked good and they are located less than 10 minutes from my house so I gave it a shot. Made a quick phonecall and they said sure، we can fix your tire right now. When I walked in their office I was greeted by Mark and Andrew who were both very friendly and professional. I showed Andrew which tire and where the nail was and he had it fixed in about 10 minutes while I talked to Mark about possibly working on another vehicle of mine. After the repair they refused to charge me and said to just give them a good Google review. Gladly done! They made such a good impression on me that I will be a repeat customer. It's hard to find friendly reliable service like this anymore. Check them out!

My family and I have used this shop for years. They always deliver the highest quality customer care. I never feel cheated and trust them completely. I never feel talked down on as a woman with little car knowledge. All are honest workers who always want to keep you safe. Ryan was very friendly، and thorough in sharing the details of future upkeep he found during the inspection with the oil change. He also provided an estimate then for the future service and what I could expect so I could be prepared. Thanks for always making me feel safe on the road and in the shop.

While the staff was very friendly and nice to talk to، either their mechanics don't know what they're doing or they are hustling you for parts you don't need. I brought my car in and had to pay 180 dollars and wait multiple days before they found the "issue" and was told I needed to pay 700 dollars for spark plugs which is an insane quote and a VVT solenoid which was actually a fair price. These did not fix the issue with the car and was told I needed to spend another thousand or more for a timing belt which didn't make sense for the nature of the issue. I ended up taking my car back and bringing it to a different shop that discovered the real issue in under an hour which was an exhaust issue that they completely fixed for 350 dollars. I would highly advise against bringing your car here.

They were able to get us in really quickly and remove a bolt that had punctured our tire and go a patch job! Also was able to get us a good quote for new tires!

I was on an extended visit to TLH from Oct.- Nov. '24 to visit with my sis، bro in law، aunts، uncles and new potential FRIENDS!(You know who you are!😉) I was referred to Honest Auto by my B-I-L. I got to meet Andre، who was very understanding about my situation. B4 I left، car dealership at home told me I needed a $2600 lower control arm bushing repair. JUST ONE JOB! Prayerfully، I got on the road anyways. When I explained everything to Andre he put me at ease by letting me know that he would check out my car from bumper to bumper AND THEN tell me what the cost would be. So appreciated that! I got a call about a day and half later and he gave me a complete explanation، and a figure I could work with of $2500. But this was WITH the areas that Andre saw that needed addressing، 4 new tires، wheel alignment، replaced 2 TPMS sensors and changed air filters. When I picked up my van، I was very pleasantly surprised to find out my total was $2300! Andre and his coworkers were so kind and helpful in taking care of my van so I could get back on the road home safely. Even to the point of checking my car a 2nd time when I noticed an unusual noise. He drove it with me، took it back to the shop addressed the noise and then I drove away، no noise and completely happy! HIGHLY RECOMMEND HONEST AUTO! I'M A COMPLETELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER FOR A LONG TO COME! ✨️THANKS HONEST AUTO!!✨️
