Just found Lami automotive from a recommendation of a friend. I am usually very Leery of these recommendations. This recommendation turned out to be excellent. Brought my car in the morning and dropped it off. A couple hours later، I got a call from Gordon the owner who walked me step-by-step through what he found what his recommendations to fix the problems and a fantastic price. Just picked my car up wow what a difference. Thanks!!

Been going to Gordon’s shop for the last several years for auto repairs. Lami automotive is the best local shop around the jupiter area. I would also say that if you had to travel a bit he is worth it! Their diagnostic skills and quality of work is second to none! He will NEVER try to oversell anything، he lets you know if he sees things that need attention other than what your car/truck is there for and lets you know how much it will cost before doing the work. His estimates are spot on and he uses quality parts and stands behind the work they do! If your looking for a great auto technician look no further than Lami Automotive!

I’ve been taking my car to Gordon at Lami Automotive for a while now، and as a woman، having a mechanic I can genuinely trust is priceless. He is always honest about what actually needs to be fixed، what can wait، and never tries to upsell unnecessary work. That kind of honesty is so hard to find these days. He takes the time to explain things clearly without making you feel pressured or talked down to. It’s honestly refreshing to finally have a mechanic I feel completely comfortable and confident going to. Highly recommend!

Gordon was kind and easy to work with، but unfortunately، I don’t believe the mechanic working on my car had much experience with Mazdas. I originally brought in my 2011 Mazda for a specific issue، and while I understood there were other things that might need attention، I asked that we address the primary problem first. Instead، the shop replaced both front axles and the front brakes—at a cost of $1،200—and I was told I’d be driving a completely different car afterward. Sadly، that wasn’t the case. The original issue not only remained but actually got worse. Gordon offered to have me bring the car back in so they could take another look، but by that point، I wasn’t comfortable returning. It felt like they were guessing، rather than diagnosing. I ended up taking the car to a different mechanic who diagnosed the issue right away. For $600، they replaced the front right motor mount—and just like that، the problem was resolved. I really did feel like I had a new car. I don’t place the blame on Gordon personally، but I do believe the mechanic working on my vehicle lacked the experience to identify what turned out to be a fairly straightforward issue.
