They had a food truck outside of Southern Lights Brewery in Clearwater، FL. we got the full order of Quesadillas، one pork (al pastor) and one huitlacoche (spelled differently، but basically a mushroom that grows on moldy corn). I love huitlacoche، it is very hard to find and considered a delicacy in Mexico and as far as I am concerned in the US. We also got beef empinadas (huge). I thought it all was amazing. Possibly the best Mexican food I’ve ever gotten، and I’ve been to fancy restaurants in Mexico!

Excellent food. The chorizo taco (my nickname) and the Empanadas. They made my wife a vegan quesadilla. All fresh and homemade. Definity coming back.

Burrito was unbelievable. Highly recommend. Saw them outside of Southern Lights.

Awesome taco truck. All authentic، delicious and great prices. Has langua tacos and tamales. 👍
