Randall took our case but when our case got complicated، he stopped taking our call and never responded to emails. After several weeks، we found another attorney. We lost valuable time waiting for his emails and calls. We wish Randall had just been honest with us and told us that he was too busy to take our case and refer us to someone else. He could’ve just told us that it was beyond the realm of his expertise. Anything would’ve been better than totally ignoring us.
