They've helped me with multiple legal matters over the past few years، from a very emotional probate to a complicated business sale، and I've always felt like they had my best interests at heart. Picking a lawyer is a big deal and it can be a hard choice; if you go with this firm، you won't be sorry.

I recently had a consultation with Attorney Jeffrey Lieser and was thoroughly impressed. From the very start، he proved to be an excellent listener who took the time to truly understand the nuances of my business situation. Instead of giving rushed or generic advice، he provided thoughtful، well-considered responses to all of my questions. What stood out to me most was how much he felt like a true advocate. He is clearly invested in his clients' best interests and approaches his work with a high level of dedication and integrity. Additionally، he went above and beyond by providing helpful case materials to ensure I was fully informed about my options moving forward.

Working with this office gave me the support and understanding as I struggled with my commercial tenant. Mr Singer and the staff were consistent with their attention to my case. Mr Singer is a thorough and professional attorney، he took the time to listen and was diligently responsive to my concerns، He advised me and guided me well and with consideration through my decision making. I would recommend Lieser Skaff to everyone needing expert and compassionate counsel.

I was recommended to this firm from another dentist that had used Ghada Skaff in the purchase of her dental practice. Ghada has been amazing to work with، very punctual، professional and personal. I had come to her in the middle of a transaction and she jumped in and helped to get things done. She is thorough in her explanation of the documents so they are easier to grasp. Would highly recommend this firm.

I’ve been thoroughly impressed with this firm since the very first phone call. They move quickly and efficiently، and my attorney، Will، has demonstrated an exceptional grasp of the Hillsborough County eviction process. He’s turned a stressful situation into a clear process with predictable outcomes. From the very first intake call، Francesca immediately understood what was a pretty complex landlord-tenant situation without me having to over-explain anything. That alone told me I was dealing with people who actually know this area of law inside and out. Will، the attorney، has been outstanding — extremely sharp، strategic، and clearly very experienced in eviction and commercial lease matters. Every step has been handled calmly and methodically، and they always seem two moves ahead. What I appreciated most is that nothing felt reactive or emotional — just clean execution of the process exactly how the law intends it. They’re also incredibly efficient with billing. The retainer wasn’t padded، and they don’t waste time or run up fees like many firms do. You can tell they do this work often and know how to move things forward without unnecessary motions or theatrics. In a stressful situation، having a team that understands the law، communicates clearly، and executes quickly makes all the difference. Highly recommend.
