I can’t quite put to words how precious our experience was- for our daughter’s 6th birthday. It was so much more than just a birthday party- it was truly a magical، memorable experience that we will all carry with us in our hearts. As a busy momma، I was taken a back how I didn’t even have to lift a finger. Every time I turned around، every detail was being taken care of for me، from the candles، to the cake cutting، to even passing out the favors at the end and having my daughter hug each guest and tell them thank you for coming. No detail was left unnoticed & truly I will reflect back on this day as one of my top core memories. I am so grateful

I booked a package for my daughter and two of her friends on a Tuesday afternoon for my daughter’s birthday and it was the sweetest and best experience. Rafa was our hostess and she was amazing with the girls. All of us were gigging at how adorable all of the details were. We did a mini facial، mani/pedi، makeup، and fashion show. While one girl was getting makeup done، they could make bracelets and decorate a little microphone. It was so precious. Highly recommend for any little girl’s birthday party. My 3 year old daughter felt SO special. We’re trying to come up with excuses to book again! Thank you Little Princess Spa!

Honestly، It was cute little spot. The group we invited had a nice time. My daughter wasn't feeling it so much as it was her birthday. I will say it does need to be cleaned up alittle bit as I saw some dirty area's. It looked alittle run down in some area's. It could have been alittle bit more organized. Worth the money، probably not.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Little Princess Spa in Wellington and feel other parents should be aware before booking. To make matters worse، this was not my first experience with this business. I have taken my daughter there multiple times before، and unfortunately there has consistently been some sort of issue each time. However، this experience was by far the worst and finally pushed me to leave a review. My daughter’s VPK graduation was on May 19، and on May 18 around 11:00 A.M.، I decided to surprise her with a spa appointment to celebrate her special day. I went online and saw multiple appointment times available for May 19، so I booked a 2:00 P.M. appointment and paid a 50% deposit for the services. Everything appeared confirmed and fine until May 19 at 12:59 P.M. — literally ONE HOUR before the appointment — when I received a text message stating that because the appointment was not made “within 24 hours،” they would have to reschedule me for another day. This made absolutely no sense because: 1. Their booking system allowed me to select and pay for the appointment. 2. There were multiple available time slots showing for that day. 3. I booked the appointment over 24 hours in advance. 4. Most importantly، this was specifically for my daughter’s graduation day، so “rescheduling” was not a realistic option. I immediately texted explaining that there was no way to move the appointment because her graduation-related activities were that same afternoon، including rehearsal at 4:00 P.M. I also called the business twice with no answer. When someone finally answered، I was told there was “nothing they could do،” but that they would speak to a supervisor and call me back shortly. I never received that promised call back. Instead، about 10 minutes later، I simply received another text message again stating they could not honor the appointment and that I would need to reschedule for another day. By the time this was “resolved،” it was already around 1:30 P.M.، making it impossible for me to arrange another graduation activity for my daughter in time before her rehearsal. Had they informed me earlier that morning، I could have at least tried to make alternate plans. Waiting until one hour before the appointment to cancel after accepting my booking and deposit was incredibly inconsiderate and unprofessional. What upset me most was the complete lack of accountability، urgency، or effort to accommodate the situation. No supervisor was available to speak، no solution was offered، and there seemed to be no concern whatsoever about ruining a special milestone day for a child. Parents book these experiences to create special memories for their children. Unfortunately، this experience did the opposite and caused unnecessary stress and disappointment on an important day. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.
