Londontown Apartments

My wife and I lived at Londontown for four years and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent، the community is safe، and the rent is very reasonable compared to other options in town. What truly stands out is the staff. They are friendly، professional، and incredibly responsive. Any maintenance request or concern was addressed remarkably fast، and the team always went above and beyond to help. We are very grateful for our time here and highly recommend Londontown to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I had the pleasure of living here and will be sad to go. The staff in the office are fantastic humans، as well as the dependable maintenance crew. For new tenants، I highly recommend this space for students and single women. The neighborhood is a safe and respectful community، located just 10 minutes from FSU. I enjoyed the tennis courts، the pools، the gym، and walks around the beautiful complex. Like I mentioned، the maintenance team and office staff are excellent with their communication and dependability. Thank you again!

I lived in Londontown for 5 years، and it was an amazing place to live! The atmosphere of being tucked into a quiet، community in Midtown meant that my family and I got to enjoy being close to all of the major entertainment spots while having a warm home to come back to everyday. The office and maintenance staff are some of the nicest people I have met! They truly care for their residents. We had very few issues in our home، but the few that we did have were resolved quickly. When my wife and I were looking for a place to live 5 years ago، there was only one place that felt like it could be home for us at that time. It was Londontown، and it turned out to be absolutely the right choice. If you're looking for a warm، quiet place to live، with an incredible staff، and close to the major Tallahassee destinations، then Londontown is the home you are looking for.

I lived here for 3 years and it was a fantastic experience. The management and maintenance team are great and they will quickly resolve any issues that may arise، the apartments are nice and in good shape، and Londontown is a safe quiet complex to reside in. Londontown is a diamond in the rough when it comes to finding an apartment to live in.

A lot has changed since I first moved in 6+ years ago. The complex used to feel welcoming and I enjoyed living here. Things began to take an unfavorable turn when the new owners bought the property، with significant increases in rent and a perceived dismissive stance towards the tenants. Now، it appears a certain level of apathy has set in with the management staff. Even the new hires are borderline rude. I'm not sure if this perceived disposition is only directed at the tenants deemed unimportant or less favored among management staff، or if it applies across the board. Whatever the case، this apartment complex is no longer what it used to be.
