Highly recommend I Love Fashion store in Hoi An! They have such a large selection of footwear، jackets، belts، handbags، duffel bags etc. Linda assisted us and she was most helpful، answering all of our questions with great patience. We ordered a pair of Birkenstock Bostons and they were ready in under 24 hours. They are a perfect fit and we are extremely happy with them. Everything is very reasonably priced. We will definitely be back on our next trip!

The workers are one of a kind، they are very helpful and extremely kind. Lin Da was a joy to work with! My advice is to visit the store on the first day of your stay. It usually takes around 2 days for your footwear to be finalized، after they take your measurments، of course. The footwear which was created just for my feet is one of the best purchases I had made in Viet Nam! It takes around 4 days for the glue to truly harden، but it is worth the wait. The footwear are relatively cheap، depending on your own currency، definitely worth purchasing! We also got a complementary wallett for both our purchases!

Mixed quality and poor customer service. I had a pair of flats made here in 2017، they were perfect the first go and I wore them frequently for 8yrs. So I came back this time and asked for those same flats to be made again in two colours. The tan one was perfect the first go. The black one was too long، second time the length was adjusted but now the front was too tight around my toes so I asked for the front to be loosened. After that، the sides became too loose with visible gaps as I have marked in the photo. This is lazy workmanship - they should have balanced the loosening of the front by tightening the rest of the shoe. I’ve come back home now and tried to wear them، but my feet keep slipping out so the shoes are completely useless. Customer service was poor through the whole experience. I showed them a photo of the old shoes that I wanted remade and they didn’t ask me to send them the photo، nor did they draw the shoe on paper to confirm the shape/details that I wanted. They also make you pay 100% upfront and acted annoyed every time I asked for further adjustments. By the time I tried on the black shoes the final time، I felt I could not ask for further adjustment and I had ran out of time in Hoi An anyway. I had a vastly different experience at Mien’s Tailor where I got clothes made and Yes Leather where I got belts made (will be coming here for shoes next time) - they actually care about getting it right for customers.

Shoes were great quality and perfect fit - we bought 2 birkenstocks and 1 pair of work shoes that were all custom made. Great pricing too. Suong helped recommend us the right shoes based on what we wanted and gave great service the whole time! Would definitely come back and choose this store again.

Got these tailored Birkenstock clogs and they are great! High quality and super comfy. Lisa was very friendly and helpful with sorting them out for me. The shop also has huge variety of shoes، boots، bags، jackets، belts etc. We will definitely come back to get more stuff when we have more luggage space!😊
