First time homebuyer and I was referred to the realtor that helped or at least we thought tried to help. I wanted to share my experience so that no one else goes through what my family and I went through and currently are going through. The initial commission was set at one rate then mid contract the realtor went behind our back and changed it without notifying us، without any reason، conversation nothing. No discussion whatsoever about her commission. In addition to that betrayal we had an inspection done on the home prior to closing and the inspector who is a friend of the realtor found some issues that needed to be worked on prior to closing. There was supposed to be a reinspection done. I was told that it wasn't done and then the realtor was told that it was done. I received some invoices for other issues that needed to get resolved but not the biggest issue. Trusting the realtor and the process we closed and had no idea that weeks after getting insured that our roof was never done. I immediately called Luxe to get some kind of resolution. If there was any work done on my house by a company I would imagine that there was some kind of warranty. I was told that the realtor would send the invoice for the work done in December. Here we are in March never received anything and now we lost our property insurance and now need to come out of pocket to fix our roof. I have no idea how any company can get away with this. This is disgusting، despicable that anyone would have to go through this heartache when purchasing a home is such a blessing، now we have to deal with the financial and mental stress that this issue has caused on myself and my family. I will never refer this company to anyone needing to buy a home!
