I've generally had good experiences getting foot massages here. The quality can vary depending on the therapist، but most of my visits have been enjoyable and relaxing. Unfortunately، during my last visit، the therapist was far too rough. At times، it felt like my bones were going to break، and it seemed as though he was rushing through the massage rather than focusing on the customer's comfort. My biggest concern، however، is the tipping situation. After the massage، the therapist follows customers to the front desk and watches while they complete the payment and tip. The front desk staff also appear to check the receipt immediately. As soon as you sign the receipt، the clerk says something to the therapist in their native language، and the therapist walks and shuts the door. This was confusing، especially since I always tip 20% or more. No thank you، nothing at all from the therapist. This behavior feels uncomfortable and unprofessional. Customers come here to relax and leave feeling refreshed، not stressed or pressured when it's time to pay. I hope management addresses this issue، as it detracts from an otherwise positive experience.
