I couldn’t be happier with LXauto. I accidentally drove my Lexus too far over a parking bumper and the engine splash guard on the passenger side came loose. It dropped down far enough that another driver alerted me it was scraping the asphalt. I was nervous driving home and wanted it fixed immediately. After checking reviews on both Google and Yelp (which were excellent across the board)، I called and spoke directly with Sandi. He personally answered the phone، gave me a very reasonable quote ($60 if it just needed securing، around $260 if a replacement part was necessary)، and said he could likely handle it the same day. I arrived about 30 minutes later. Sandi was professional and courteous in person. He put the car on the lift right away. While waiting، I spoke with another customer who had been referred to him and spoke highly of his work. Within minutes، Sandi came back and said it wasn’t a major issue and he had already fixed it. When I asked what I owed him، he said nothing. That kind of integrity earns long-term business. LX Auto has earned a lifetime Lexus customer.

This is the best garage in Miami. Straight up and honest. A long track record of integrity. I recently purchased a 2022 Toyota Tundra up in Jacksonville. I was nervous because I wanted to get it checked out by a trustworthy mechanic before I bought it. But I was up there and Lxauto is in Miami. I bought the truck anyhow. I haven’t gotten a good night of rest . . I was worrying about the condition of the truck. Was it really a good deal? I finally get it to Miami. Bring it in to the garage and as usual they checked it out and said it’s a good truck. I can sleep well now! Having a trusted garage with a professional staff is incredibly valuable. Simply put، they are the best!
